You may join as a Team of 2 - 4 people, dividing the donation amount equally between Team Members. Each Team is entitled to one vote per event. Team Members must complete their own form and include a Team name of your choice.

Terms of Agreement

As an individual, I understand that I am making a commitment to 100 Women Who Care Toronto West to make an annual donation of $400 ($100 at each meeting), which will be given directly to local charities serving Toronto West. OR As a team, we understand that we are making a commitment to 100 Women Who Care Toronto West to make an annual donation of $400 ($100 at each meeting), which will be given directly to local charities serving Toronto West. We understand that only $100 payments are turned in. Therefore, it is up to us as a team to figure out the rotation of who is actually making the $100 donation to that quarter's charity. I agree to fulfill my donation commitment even if I did not vote for the charity selected by majority vote. If I am unable to attend a meeting, I will contact the Leadership Team to arrange for issuance of my donation.
