The presentation should be no longer than three minutes plus a two-minute Q&A.

It should include the following information:

  • Name of the charity

  • Location of the charity

  • Charity’s mission statement

  • How the charity would benefit from receiving the donation

  • How the donation fund will be used

  • Other sources of funding currently available to the charity

  • Your personal connection with the organisation or how you learned about it
